Hayden Panettiere Disputes Rumors She Is Estranged From Her Daughter Due To Her Drinking Problem

Nashville alum Hayden Panettiere wants to set the record straight – she is still very much involved in her daughter’s life. Last week, reports started to surface that the actress “hasn’t had much time” lately with her 4-year-old daughter, Kaya. Her boyfriend Brian Dickerson has disputed those rumors and says that Panettiere is “a great mom.”

Panettiere split with her fiance and baby daddy Wladimir Klitschko – a Ukrainian boxing champ – last year, and it’s not exactly clear what the co-parenting arrangement is. An insider says that Kaya is currently living in Ukraine, and Panettiere is living in Los Angeles with Dickerson. But, “to say she never sees her daughter isn’t true,” says the source.

The insider went on to explain that Panettiere has gone through a lot of changes since giving birth to Kaya, and she is trying to feel good about herself and her life while figuring out how to move forward.

“Hayden is actually on a family vacation right now with her daughter and the Champ, so don’t believe everything you read,” Hickerson told Access Online.

Panettiere also tweeted a photo last week of a young girl in a car seat that was presumably her daughter.

Last November, Hickerson defended Panettiere when rumors flew that her friends and family were worried about her new relationship with him after the couple had a drunken altercation with his dad.

At the time, Hickerson said that Panettiere was healthy and happy, and no one was worried about her or their relationship.

Some insiders have contradicted Hickerson’s story, saying that their relationship is far from healthy, family and friends are worried, and Panettiere could possibly have a drinking problem.

After her split from Klitschko, photos surfaced of Panettiere and Hickerson drinking heavily. Witnesses said that the 29-year-old actress was shoeless, and she was stumbling between bars before she ended up puking in the street.

And, that apparently didn’t stop Panettiere because she reportedly “boot and rallied” and continued to drink.

Multiple reports claim that this was not an isolated incident, and there are definitely causes for concern.

Neither Panettiere or her reps have spoken publicly about the rumors of drinking and estrangement from her daughter. And, Hickerson’s statement or Hayden Panettiere’s tweet did not end the growing concern about the situation.
